The people I was with and myself have lived in many odd apartments throughout this town.
Each one of the experiences has been completely unique.
One place had a fireplace and another place simply had electric heating. One place had a wraparound balcony and another place didn’t have any place for me to display my plants and shrubs. The up-to-date apartment where the two of us live now has absolutely tall ceilings with detailed and absolutely beautiful molting. Luckily there is a single similarity between all of the places I’ve had the experience to live. All of them have had good indoor air quality and that means a Quality heating, ventilation as well as air conditioner. Only months after I moved to the place, the air conditioner stopped working. Small things continue to happen and I had issues that led me to pose a question to the landlord. The landlord purposely did not mention anything about the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. It was old and actually expensive to replace. I experienced this problem and I had to pay for it with bad indoor air quality and an air conditioner that barely worked. You can always request a service appointment for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system before moving into any place. If the person or landlord refuses to have a person look at the system, then you know there is likely a huge problem and you don’t want to deal with that. Now I know for the future that I have a right to know ahead of time.
