I was looking for a property for multiple months before I eventually stumbled upon this recognizable site! It was terribly run down and it looks horrible from the outside.
Inside was almost just as bad, and most people were thinking the property needed to be demolished.
When I saw the place, I immediately felt that it had potential. The house wasn’t really like every other site in the town that looks exactly the same. This house was unusual and I thought I would be able to restore the property to its former glory. After I made an offer on the house, I called a property inspector to provide myself and others a full detailed report on the property. I also called a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment contractor to look at the heating and air conditioner equipment inside of the property. The house inspector’s report was approximately 3 pages long. The house had more setbacks than I anticipated, but a good amount of them could be worked on at the same time. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment contractor had a thorough report as well… He easily suggested cleaning and sanitizing the HVAC duct and making some necessary repairs. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment contractor felt that the air conditioner was working perfectly, even though he did not suppose the oil furnace would last for much longer than 2 years. I was seriously thankful for the reports from the experts. They helped myself and others knock extra currency off the asking price, and I performed most of the repairs on my own. I had to contact the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor to scrub and sanitize the HVAC duct, but the indoor air was totally fresh and scrubbed when he was eventually done. I still have a few extra months of repairs to make before I can transport to the property, but I’m working hard every single day.
