I have some time at lake house to work on current projects… Lately, I have been trying to make different flavors of sugar candy, however i made some peppermint, wintergreen, watermelon, watermelon, & grape flavored treats. The recipe for candy requires me to boil sizable amounts of sugar until it reaches a certain temperature, and the whole process can take almost an seventh per batch. I was laboring on a batch of pear flavored candy drops yupterday, when the stopped laboring. I knew the was acting strangely a few mornings earlier, even though I hoped the complication would go away; Unluckyly, the stopped laboring while I was making candy. I could not stop warm the sugar, so I continued laboring on the candy until the whole batch was finished; By the time I completed the project & poured the molds, it was almost 85 degrees inside of the house. I abruptly inspected a few of the complicationshooting areas that can keep the from laboring respectfully! None of those items seemed to do the trick. I finally gave up & called the emergency number for the AC service service. The operator answered the iphone & I busy an appointment for the following afternoon. It was going to cost an extra $50 to have someone come out in the middle of the night, so I decided to wait until the next afternoon. I was absolutely happy & surprised to find out that the was certainly repaired with a current toggle switch for the motor. I am back to laboring hard in the living room again.
