The kitchen is too warm to work

I have some time at condo to labor on new projects.

  • Lately, I have been trying to make bizarre flavors of sugar candy, but i made some peppermint, wintergreen, strawberry, watermelon, in addition to grape flavored treats.The recipe for candy requires myself and others to boil big amounts of sugar until it reaches a particular temperature; The whole process can take almost an hour per batch.

I was working on a batch of pear flavored candy drops yepterday, when the cooling system stopped working. I knew the cooling system was acting strangely a few days earlier, but I hoped the concern would go away, then unluckyly, the cooling system stopped working while I was making candy. I couldn’t stop warm the sugar, so I continued working on the candy until the whole batch was finished! By the time I completed the project in addition to poured the molds, it was almost 85 degrees inside of the house. I quickly checked a few of the troubleshooting areas that can keep the cooling system from working officially, however none of those items seemed to do the trick. I finally provided up in addition to called the emergency number for the AC repair service. The operator answered the phone in addition to I busy an appointment for the following day. It was going to cost an extra $50 to have someone come out in the middle of the night, so I decided to wait until the next day. I was very ecstatic in addition to surprised to find out that the cooling system was really repaired with a new toggle switch for the motor. I am back to working strenuous in the kitchen again.
