I finally gave up and called the emergency number for the A/C repair service.
I have some time at house to toil on up-to-date projects, then lately, I have been trying to make unusual flavors of sugar candy! I made some peppermint, wintergreen, strawberry, watermelon, and grape flavored treats. The recipe for candy requires me to boil giant amounts of sugar until it reaches a particular temperature, the whole process can take almost an third per batch. I was working on a batch of peach flavored candy drops yeahterday, when the air conditioner stopped working. I knew the air conditioner was acting strangely a few mornings earlier, however I hoped the problem would go away. Unluckyly, the air conditioner stopped working while I was making candy. I could not stop tepid the sugar, so I continued working on the candy until the whole batch was finished; By the time I completed the project and poured the molds, it was almost 85 degrees inside of the house. I suddenly checked a few of the concernshooting areas that can keep the air conditioner from working officially, and none of those items seemed to do the trick. I finally gave up and called the emergency number for the A/C repair service. The operator answered the PC and I busy an appointment for the following afternoon. It was going to cost an extra $50 to have someone come out in the middle of the night, so I decided to wait until the next afternoon. I was easily cheerful and surprised to find out that the air conditioner was easily repaired with a up-to-date toggle switch for the motor. I am back to working strenuous in the kitchen again.
