My family and I own and operate a small hotel which include fifteen separate units. Our hotel is the only hotel in the area, and so most of the rooms are usually booked. The wear and tear on the rooms is tremendous. The upkeep on the hotel is often a constant challenge. There seems to always be something in need of service or updating. Between the domestic plumbing, electric, HVAC and furnishings, there is constant damage and maintenance required. Our guests are not careful and cause many damages. Every member of my family has needed to learn the standard skills of a handyman. We’ve managed clogged drains, overflowing tubs, blown fuses, burns in the ground and broken windows. We’ve recently undertaken a project to the entire HVAC system inside hotel. The old units were not any longer able to meet the demands of severe weather, and the control knobs were broken or not working properly. Because these HVAC units were located near the floor, they often got kicked, damaged, or even coffee spilled in it. We are investing a ductless heat pump system that will include two outdoor compressors connected to indoor air handlers in every single room. The indoor air handlers are streamlined, attracted and able to become mounted up high on your wall. The units operate quietly, are wonderfully energy efficient, together with combine both heating and cooling capacity. An invisible remote will allow the guests to modify temperature, switch from heating to help you cooling, and adjust fan accelerate. Because of the manufacturer’s service and superior energy efficiency, we are hoping the ductless HVAC units cost us far less to operate and maintain.
