My house is warmer than I like it to be, and i would turn the temperature down, but our teenagers insist that it is too freezing in the house. I have no idea why they recognize that it is too cold. It is seventy degrees. I sweat all morning long. I often get absolutely warm during the evening, & I have to have a fan pointing directly at myself and others in order to fall back asleep. I told our teenagers that they should just layer on clothes if they are cold, but they looked at myself and others like I was crazy. I may have to turn the temperature down a little bit if I continue to have trouble sleeping, my teenagers recognize that it is too warm outside when it is seventy-several degrees, but they recognize the house is too freezing at seventy degrees. It doesn’t make much sense to me. I would love to keep our house around sixty-several degrees. I am sure that our husband wouldn’t mind the house being a little cooler either, and he complains often that he is warm whenever he is toiling around the house. I guess that seventy degrees isn’t that warm to most people, although I don’t recognize that most people would say that it is freezing like our children do! The temperature of our house is not what our husband & I prefer, & it is not what our children prefer; All of us just can’t seem to find a enthusiastic medium when it comes to the temperature of our house. I wish that I wasn’t so warm in our house all of the time.
